Common issues
- If searches fail, confirm the app has network access and that the NPPES NPI Registry service is temporarily available.
- If a provider record looks stale or incomplete, open the source link and verify against the official NPPES record; registry updates often lag practice moves, and license data inside taxonomies is self-reported - check the state license board manually.
- If a name search returns nothing, try the exact 10-digit NPI or drop the state filter; organizations and individual clinicians carry separate NPI records.
- If checklist items or saved review packets disappear, confirm app data was not cleared. The manual credentialing checklist, lookup workflow state, and saved review packets are local to the device, with no account or cloud sync.
- If in-app purchases are added later, include refund and purchase-management instructions here before submission.
