Common issues
- If searches fail, confirm the app has network access and that the service is temporarily available.
- If a result looks stale or incomplete, open the source link and verify against the original public record.
- If profile fields disappear, confirm app data was not cleared, then re-enter the organization profile and run the lookup again. No account or cloud sync is configured.
- If billing or subscriptions are added later, include refund and subscription-management instructions here before submission.
