Common issues
- If searches fail, confirm the app has network access and that the service is temporarily available.
- If a result looks stale or incomplete, open the source link and verify against the original public record.
- DocketClerk v1 stores query, topic, and filter continuity locally on the device. Use Clear local search state in the app, clear app data, or uninstall the app to remove local continuity. It does not save lists, alerts, accounts, or cloud-synced workflow state.
- If billing or subscriptions are added later, include refund and subscription-management instructions here before submission.
